Alpha BPO has adequate work place with 150 workstations dedicated to different aspects of data processing outsourcing services. The computer setup is regularly updated with the latest hardware and software. This helps in keeping up with the different kinds of data coming to us from all over the world for processing. High speed leased broadband internet lines form the backbone of our communication system. There is an in-house video conferencing facility for communication within and outside the organization. The latest high speed scanners, printers and other equipments are used for the most sensitive data and image processing jobs. This assures us of a very high resolution and highly accurate work.

To oversee the security of data, proper storage facilities have been provided. Regular backups on highly efficient servers and CD, DVD are maintained. Round the clock security and fire safety is maintained for the sensitive information in our hands. To guard against power failures, power generators, inverters and UPS for computers have been provided.  Due to the nature of data processing and other related activities we employ workers well conversant with English. Apart from this, we see to it that they are highly trained and suitably experienced in their specific job activity.

The shifts of the work force are divided such that work goes on non-stop at Alpha BPO with the optimum output of quality work.
