- Ask client for the scanned files through email. For files that exceed a certain size limit it has to be uploaded through ftp. Do ask us, if you want us to provide ftp server.
- File review is done by our staff and accordingly a realistic service cost and turn around time is provided to the client. Other than this, any necessary technical details are listed out to clients in advance.
- The work begins with applying OCR to the converted format. After it is converted into Kindle, quality leader checks for any errors in the converted file.
- The file is mailed to client for final check; our team readily makes the new changes to the file as mentioned by the client.
